From the price,i can say that Vizio VP42 is one of the best choice for HDTV Plasma with high quality,but also have a less from normal cost. I very recomendate to buyer with low budget,but want to have one HDTV lasma with good quality from picture.
Vizio VP42 HDTV Plasma TV have one good value again,there is can spport your mind to buy this HDTV. In addition of high image quality,Vizio VP42 also have a good score for video quality. Its very good and truely high quality video.
One problem of this HDTV,its have facial details were a little glossy but isn't too noticeable.
Although Vizio VP42 have a high image quality,high video quality and affordable price.It also have disadvantages,there is have a poor capabilities than 1080i or 1080p.
For menu is looks like Vizio Gallevia GV42LF LCD menu. So,you will need more time to with Vizio VP42 for setting this option.Because I can say that its have a bit difficult setting.
In inputs menu,you will find more problem about very annoying menu. It have very small text there is very difficult to read. The other problem of this HDTV Plasma,there is when you execute the setup wizard, Vizio VP42 will not running it again, so you must be extra careful when you execute this settings.
Vizio VP42 is very poor in entertaiment features.It doesn't have USB port or headphone jack. So ,you can't listening external music or see many photo from your external memory card.I think that all of HDTV Plasma have it,but not for Vizio VP42. Similiar as the other HDTV Plasma,Vizio VP42 have a more problem. There is problem on burn-ins.
When take to Vizio VP42 remotes, I feel that i saw one problem again from Vizio VP42. I can't see the remote,i just find a lot of annoying button there is can take more time for you to understanding it.
More problem in Vizio VP42 remote, the emote isn't programmable and you won't finding PiP button.
After explain about advantages dan disadvantages of Vizio VP42. I wil take a one conclusion,but its concentrate to Vizio VP42 price.
For the price,i can saya that you will not finding same HDTV Plasma with a good quality like Vizio VP42. And it can be alternative if you want to buy new HDTV Plasma,with small price.
